WEIGHTED VEST WALKING CLASS

We will meet at Cobbs Hill Reservoir, in front of the building with pillars.

Choose Wednesday at 6 PM or Saturday at 9 AM for your class.

WEATHER: If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, it will be rescheduled at a later date.

EQUIPMENT: Weighted vest, sneakers, water bottle

  • The Vest: Aim for a vest that is 5% to 10% of your body weight. If you are new to resistance training, start at 5%.

  • The Shoes: Wear supportive walking or cross-training shoes; the extra weight increases the load on your arches.

Please try on and test out before class to see if it feels good.
